BLOOD WORK
The Evolt scanner's 5-point algorithm ensures high accuracy. Combined with blood tests tailored to your history, sex, and health goals,
it provides a comprehensive view of your
well-being. These tests can measure Hb count, liver and kidney function, thyroid health, hormones, vitamins, minerals, diabetes, and cholesterol.
CONSULTATION HEALTH ADVICE
Your blood tests are promptly assessed at accredited labs. Dr Mubeen will then discuss your biomarkers which will investigate any symptoms, monitor a condition, optimise your performance, or simply give you peace of mind. Dr Mubeen will offer you detailed insights into your current and future well-being at the Grand Harbour Medical Clinic.

Why do you take Blood Tests?
Blood tests can complement the Evolt 360 scanner by providing detailed insights into your overall health that the scanner alone cannot offer. While the Evolt 360 assesses body composition, including fat, muscle mass, and visceral fat levels, blood tests can give precise information on nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, cholesterol levels, and markers of inflammation. Combining these two tools offers a comprehensive picture of your health, enabling more personalized and effective health and fitness plans.

Dr Mubeen, from the Grand Harbour Medical clinic, has 20 years of experience dealing with health concerns and has a specific understanding in helping people achieve their longevity and fitness goals
Where is this all done?
Once you have filled out the form, Karv will contact you regarding your Evolt 360 scan. The scan will be done on Tuesday evenings from 6pm, with an initial consult with Dr. Mubeen. Dr. Mubeen will then schedule the blood test to be done at the Grand Harbour Medical clinic.

How much will this cost?
For existing Karv members or clients the Evolt 360 scan is $10, and for non-members it is $20.
The initial consultation with Dr. Mubeen at Karv to discuss your Evolt results is complimentary. Following this, subsequent blood tests and the follow-up consultation will depend on your health insurance coverage.
How do I prepare for my Evolt Scan?
To ensure repeatability and to achieve the best results it is recommended that the person doing the scan is rested, fasted and well hydrated. If you are dehydrated when scanning, this can affect their total body water volume and consequently lean body mass.
Also advised not to consume alcoholic beverages within 24-48 hours prior to your scan.
Dr.Mubeen will provide guidance on preparing for your blood test at the consultation.
